Mbofho Consulting & Project Managers (MCPM) is an entity that offers a comprehensive range of professional services such as Civil Engineering and Designs, Integrated Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Basic Assessment (BAR), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) during construction, Environmental Management Programme (EMPR) for Borrow Pits and small-scale mining, Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA), Health and Safety Audit, Risk Assessment (Base-line risk assessment and issue-based risk assessment) and development of Health and safety file, Heritage Impact Assessment. Through the understanding of the principles of sustainable development, our multi-disciplinary team has capacity and expertise to provide consulting services since its inception in 2007.

Our services include all stages of development from planning phase, construction, monitoring/ supervision, through to decommission and operation. Some clients require Feasibility work, Designs, Environmental Impact Assessments, EMPr, HIA to be undertaken for projects while others only require our services for ECO roles.
Our work for the public sector includes providing advice at a variety of geographic scales, including strategic level advice at municipal, provincial and national level. For example, MCPM has been the Heritage adviser to the Polokwane Local Municipality. In addition, MCPM assist Provincial Departments (Nationally) and Statutory bodies with a range of work streams including EIA, EMPr, HIA and Civil Works.
MCPM also undertakes a wide variety of specialist such as botanical studies, Heritage Impact Assessment, Social Facilitation and Negotiations.
